Mats Diallo scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Carballal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, POPODARA F.C's Raymond Halseth got control of the ball when Kismi Tojedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Guido Arizabal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Halseth was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Guido Arizabal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Raymond Halseth made a huge save. POPODARA F.C's Raymond Halseth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save POPODARA F.C from getting a goal against them. POPODARA F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Guido Arizabal scored to the left of an out of position Raymond Halseth, making the score, 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Federico Mauro notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Sporting Buceo's Angelo Carballal. Angelo Carballal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to POPODARA F.C getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Runar Melum hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Gilmar Cuadrillero fired a really elegant long shot, but Raymond Halseth threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 41 minutes into the match, Federico Mauro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Carballal. Sporting Buceo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Mauro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Angelo Carballal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Mauro in the 44th minute of play. When Ole-Kristian Martinsen fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POPODARA F.C's protests and gave Ole-Kristian Martinsen a yellow card for diving instead. Sporting Buceo's Gilmar Cuadrillero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for POPODARA F.C. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Arizabal was the one to do the kick off. Paulino Leonidas hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Nardo Tuo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gilmar Cuadrillero hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Bartoleme Ceja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Carballal made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Federico Mauro sent off a good shot on target. POPODARA F.C made a substitution. Vegard Berdal replaced Xavi Hernandez. Paulino Leonidas's late challenge caught a Sporting Buceo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulino Leonidas helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Runar Melum got free with Angelo Carballal in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartuelo Masferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Sporting Buceo's Guido Arizabal in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye POPODARA F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 74th minute, Mats Diallo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Carballal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Raymond Halseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Arizabal in the 77th minute of the match. Federico Mauro kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Nardo Tuo got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute Guido Arizabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Halseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Arizabal in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymond Halseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 88 minutes of play, Sporting Buceo's Nardo Tuo made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raymond Halseth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angelo Carballal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Mauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the match was over POPODARA F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sporting Buceo throughout the match.
