Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andres Pitin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Andres Pitin to fire away a dangerous shot which Pankracy Glogowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Eloy Mazuste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Nevada in the 22nd minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Bergqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eloy Mazuste made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Eloy Mazuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 38th minute of the match. With his leg Pankracy Glogowski managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Christian Bergqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 62 played minutes Tigres Ñacuñán FC got a freekick which was hit by Frans Pedolles. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Llorian hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Eloy Mazuste got control of the ball when Alfonso Goicoechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Christian Bergqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Glogowski was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Christian Bergqvist took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Glogowski. Pankracy Glogowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With a little luck, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Eloy Mazuste got control of the ball when Anselmo Nevada tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Epifanio Errando got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Eustaquio Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
