An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Gilabert in the 7th minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Fredriksson came free, but Uriel Chorche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uriel Chorche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Fredriksson in the 11th minute of play. Alfonso Gilabert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Alvarez made a huge save. In the 21st match minute, Defensores del Ángel Gris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Ochabski to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Chorche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. But to his dismay, Eleuterio Estebano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Uriel Chorche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fermin Arixo's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 51st minute, Fermin Arixo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Uriel Chorche. The goal made the score 1-3. Uriel Chorche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Panpili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ismael Iglesias who took care of the corner kick. William Gijselinckx made in the 60th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Leopoldo Aimar however managed to control. 62 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Panpili came free, but Uriel Chorche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Defensores del Ángel Gris's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Linus Fredriksson scored to the left of an out of position Uriel Chorche, making the score, 1-4. Uriel Chorche was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Dionisio Panpili capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dionisio Panpili really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Rene Gerber was substituted for Serafim Catranides. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Eleuterio Estebano got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Eleuterio Estebano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Carlos Alvarez. In the 82nd minute, Bernard Ochabski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Carlos Alvarez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Uriel Chorche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dionisio Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Uriel Chorche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Carlos Alvarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Ochabski in the 89th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Fermin Arixo took a quick shot and it went in 3-6 without a chance for Uriel Chorche to make any attempt to save it.
