Donato Cutberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Giovanni Rana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Cutberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Arixo in the 25th minute of the match. Ismael Iglesias hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Dionisio Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Cutberto having to interfere. The throw-in from Fernando Ciano in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 26 de junio's Gavino Lobo. In the 35th minute, Giovanni Rana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, 26 de junio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Odilon to maneuver through the defense. When David de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the 26 de junio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Panpili got free with Donato Cutberto in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torsten Randslef didn't quite understand what happened when in the 48 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

If David de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Giovanni Rana was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 76 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Ciano. Will Budden hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Dionisio Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Donato Cutberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, 26 de junio's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Arixo came free, but Donato Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
