Potrero's corner Celestino Sidro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Uriel Chorche quite easily take care of the ball. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Defensores del Ángel Gris's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Semih Kaya was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Potrero's players had a chance to rest. After 42 minutes of play, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Bernard Ochabski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucio Ur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Defensores del Ángel Gris would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
