After having played for 14 minutes, Padro Cambero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC 08 Brühl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Padro Cambero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Omar Falleto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Ritter in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Ulises Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Connor Gebert. FC 08 Brühl's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulises Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Ritter in the 22nd minute of play forced Los Podridos ll's goalkeeper Omar Falleto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC 08 Brühl defense, Hugo Iratze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Connor Gebert. The FC 08 Brühl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Connor Gebert should have stopped the shot. Connor Gebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Verner Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With his leg Connor Gebert managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Los Podridos ll's Verner Sundström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th minute Hugo Iratze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Connor Gebert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Los Podridos ll's Filiberto Erramu tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Connor Gebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Verner Sundström to strike the kick off in the second half. Ulises Costa hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Karl Marx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Podridos ll's Omar Falleto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Verner Sundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Connor Gebert was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Connor Gebert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Costa in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Ulises Costa notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of FC 08 Brühl's Connor Gebert. Connor Gebert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Los Podridos ll's Leandro Dunixi was substituted for Ulises Costa. After 70 played minutes FC 08 Brühl got a freekick which was hit by Leon Ritter. FC 08 Brühl's Connor Gebert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Bilintx in the 74th minute of play. Karl Marx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Bilintx in the 76th minute of play forced FC 08 Brühl's goalkeeper Connor Gebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Podridos ll's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
