Florian Menichini came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by KKS Lech Poznań's Maciej Kiepski. But to his dismay, Maciej Kiepski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When KKS Lech Poznań's Maciej Kiepski in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye kcronos's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Kiepski in the 18th minute of play forced kcronos's goalkeeper Florian Menichini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KKS Lech Poznań were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after kcronos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radowit Lato took the corner. Pawel Pazdan was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Maciej Kiepski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Ebi Smolarek. Andrea Iacovone who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Norbert Grondzki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Maciej Kiepski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Florian Menichini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the kcronos defense, Maciej Kiepski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florian Menichini. The kcronos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florian Menichini should have stopped the shot. In the 37thth minute of the game Maciej Kiepski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but kcronos's Florian Menichini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maciej Kiepski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Florian Menichini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maciej Kiepski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Boruc Rostow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KKS Lech Poznań's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boruc Rostow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KKS Lech Poznań's Israel Igon was substituted for Ignacy Czekaj. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when kcronos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Gentili didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

A hard shot 55 in the game by Maciej Kiepski from a close distance when the talented Florian Menichini managed to make a qualified save. kcronos's players were relieved. Florian Menichini made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Maciej Kiepski sent off a good shot on target. Maciej Kiepski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Menichini having to interfere. If Alfredo Faieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ebi Smolarek came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the KKS Lech Poznań fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ebi Smolarek couldn't finish the play. Maciej Kiepski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Florian Menichini skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 69 played minutes KKS Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Kiepski. KKS Lech Poznań's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Florian Menichini didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. 82 minutes into the match, kcronos's goalkeeper Florian Menichini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maciej Kiepski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmondo Del Nero during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 played minutes kcronos got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Del Nero. In the 90th minute, Andrea Iacovone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The kcronos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Florian Menichini made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Maciej Kiepski sent off a good shot on target. kcronos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 99th minute, when Maciej Kiepski scored to the left of an out of position Florian Menichini, making the score, 1-4.
