In the 24th minute Kraig Fred shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bikendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Mitxaut kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Kraig Fred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Emilio Bikendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Kraig Fred made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Bikendi. DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Enrique Mitxaut made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marcial Flor immediately put the ball in play. Emilio Bikendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kraig Fred in the 33rd minute of the match. The Estudiantes de América fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Flor in the 90th minute of play forced Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Marcos Ranolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 minutes Estudiantes de América's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Americo Boniel who took care of the corner kick. Urbano Kusko was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Estudiantes de América's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
