In the 7th minute INTER Sosnowiec were awarded a corner. Rene Kreiser went to the cornerflag to take it. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hamburg Fighters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rene Kreiser was slow to take the kick. During this time INTER Sosnowiec's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Maximilian Stålman heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Patryk Olejarz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alekos Voreadis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pavlos Konstantakakis. Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Bror Nordstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ethan Mbappè in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pavlos Konstantakakis saved Hamburg Fighters from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's Dinu Bocu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patryk Olejarz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 minutes INTER Sosnowiec's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gianluca Balla who took care of the corner kick. 34 minutes into the game, Brandon Rick was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hamburg Fighters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INTER Sosnowiec the free kick. The supporters of INTER Sosnowiec booed when Hamburg Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Rick didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Rene Kreiser sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavlos Konstantakakis skillfully saved the ball. When Traian Băsescu fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTER Sosnowiec's protests and gave Traian Băsescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 minutes of play, INTER Sosnowiec's Bror Nordstedt made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pavlos Konstantakakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Maximilian Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

INTER Sosnowiec's Eugeniusz Kociniewski was substituted for Traian Băsescu. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dinu Bocu made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bror Nordstedt got free with Pavlos Konstantakakis in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Nordstedt in the 56th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Patryk Olejarz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Bocu in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, INTER Sosnowiec's Bror Nordstedt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 65thth minute of the game Alekos Voreadis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patryk Olejarz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Bocu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Patryk Olejarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Bocu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Dinu Bocu made a precise shot to the right of Patryk Olejarz. INTER Sosnowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alekos Voreadis in the 77th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Nordstedt in the 80th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Klement Zachemski was substituted for Alekos Voreadis. Patryk Olejarz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Rick, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Bror Nordstedt sent off a good shot on target. Eugeniusz Kociniewski made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hamburg Fighters's Gianluca Balla. With a little luck, Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis got control of the ball when Maximilian Stålman tried to sneak it across the goal line. INTER Sosnowiec's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
