Zuberbühler FC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Modlau's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rolando Furtado took the corner. The corner ended in Joel Christobal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Modlau's Krzysztof Cielencki did a great save. Siro Dantel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kelaino Mbappè in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Christobal. In the 13th match minute, Zuberbühler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Krzysztof Klejnowski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Krzysztof Cielencki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Abeitia's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Modlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lech Zdrojewski to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Furtado, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Kelaino Mbappè cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Siro Dantel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Zuberbühler FC booed when Modlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Limanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigiusz Huk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Dantel having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Apolo Abeitia made a kick off. Joel Christobal hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Siro Dantel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kelaino Mbappè showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 53 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Abajas came free, but Krzysztof Cielencki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Apolo Abeitia came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apolo Abeitia couldn't finish the play. Modlau made a substitution. Lucjan Dziedelonis replaced Remigiusz Huk. In the 75th minute Teobald Glogowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Janusz Piczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Modlau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuberbühler FC the free kick. After 76 played minutes Modlau got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Piczak. Siro Dantel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kelaino Mbappè in the 79th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Abeitia came free, but Krzysztof Cielencki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siro Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Dziedelonis in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Zuberbühler FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Joaquin Romelio hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Modlau left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zuberbühler FC.
