In the 9th match minute, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin Mora to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Totin Nuñez during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Rednic in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Torrijos saved GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. from getting behind. After 13 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by David Greblă. When Sever Colin fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DINAMO's protests and gave Sever Colin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, one of DINAMO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DINAMO. The goalkeeper, Horea Hurmuzache, was totally fooled by GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Jose Centella, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toader Berbec in the 19th minute of play forced GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Manuel Torrijos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Eloy Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd match minute, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Osorio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Bobocea in the 28th minute of play forced GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalkeeper Manuel Torrijos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jose Centella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuel Torrijos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugen Bobocea went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Centella to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reinaldo Osorio in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horea Hurmuzache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute of the match, Adam Rednic got a very nice opportunity to score, but Manuel Torrijos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Reinaldo Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Reinaldo Osorio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After 66 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Sever Colin. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Șerban Damian hit a great ball. The supporters of DINAMO booed when GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Totin Nuñez didn't get a good kick on the ball. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. made a substitution. Antonio Nuñez replaced Reinaldo Osorio. Remus Elisei charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remus Elisei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Nuñez in the 94th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. DINAMO had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
