The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aleksander Rutkowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in BESTIA GDAŃSK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! Güney Dokuzoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güney Dokuzoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. SARI ZEYBEK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Bogdan Sroka scored to the left of an out of position Ali Atıf Aktan, making the score, 1-0. Wawrzyniec Poling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Orhan Cesur, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Wawrzyniec Poling came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by SARI ZEYBEK's Fevzi Oyal. But to his dismay, Fevzi Oyal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Wawrzyniec Poling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güney Dokuzoğlu in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Güney Dokuzoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wawrzyniec Poling. BESTIA GDAŃSK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Güney Dokuzoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 30 played minutes BESTIA GDAŃSK got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Dobilas. Anıl Arda Dahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Güney Dokuzoğlu came free, but Wawrzyniec Poling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half SARI ZEYBEK were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Güney Dokuzoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, SARI ZEYBEK's Güney Dokuzoğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. 56 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Poling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anıl Arda Dahi. 58 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Arda Dahi came free, but Wawrzyniec Poling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wawrzyniec Poling was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Güney Dokuzoğlu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 60 minute of play. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Wawrzyniec Poling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fevzi Oyal in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abayhan Şencan during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Abayhan Şencan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özgür Egesel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Wawrzyniec Poling made a huge save. Anıl Arda Dahi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. SARI ZEYBEK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in SARI ZEYBEK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the SARI ZEYBEK defense, Miroslaw Zagrobelny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Atıf Aktan. The SARI ZEYBEK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Atıf Aktan should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute, SARI ZEYBEK's Fevzi Oyal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fevzi Oyal in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Poling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 100th minute Özgür Egesel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Poling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
