Victoriano Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Ros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella's Bo Ros got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Ros in the 24th minute of play forced Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Pascual Lesardo got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Bo Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes Dep Colonia Avellaneda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudio Caniggia who took care of the corner kick. Victoriano Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella's Bo Ros. But to his dismay, Bo Ros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Darryl Buckner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darryl Buckner to make the kick off. 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella's Marta Pressley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darryl Buckner in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella booed when Dep Colonia Avellaneda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Lesardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Dep Colonia Avellaneda's corner Claudio Cerritos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marta Pressley quite easily take care of the ball. If Hugo Bela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. Dave Efrayim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Darryl Buckner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute Darryl Buckner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marta Pressley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Efrayim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Pascual Lesardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo got control of the ball when Dave Efrayim tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dave Efrayim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victoriano Bernaldo. That made the score 1-4 in the 95 minute of play.
