The audience thought a goal was coming when Diogo Martins got free with Taco Uebels in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Çağrı Coşan in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iwo Domarecki saved Spartan FC Mogilany from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Diogo Martins dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Taco Uebels, 1-1. 30 minutes into the game, Konstanty Smolarek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Taco Uebels was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wojciech Skaradowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Taco Uebels made a huge save. In the 39th minute of the match, Wojciech Skaradowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Taco Uebels saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Benefica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Konstanty Smolarek was slow to take the kick. During this time Spartan FC Mogilany's players had a chance to rest. After 43 played minutes Fc Benefica got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Jonge.
