But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Ros couldn't finish the play. 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella's Marta Pressley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Rosa in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Darryl Buckner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marta Pressley was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Bo Ros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victoriano Bernaldo having to make a save. With a little luck, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo got control of the ball when Bo Ros tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Dep Colonia Avellaneda booed when 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudio Caniggia ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudio Caniggia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victoriano Bernaldo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Victoriano Bernaldo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bo Ros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bo Ros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victoriano Bernaldo. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 minutes, Pascual Lesardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dep Colonia Avellaneda and the 【E ➣Soldados De Sabella players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Dep Colonia Avellaneda getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Pascual Lesardo hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, Dep Colonia Avellaneda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Lesardo to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bo Ros to make the kick off. Hugo Bela replaced Marcelino Romo. Dave Efrayim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victoriano Bernaldo having to make a save. Victoriano Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Efrayim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Efrayim took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Efrayim in the 81st minute of play forced Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Efrayim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play.
