With his leg Iwo Domarecki managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Club Atlético Atlanta's Alfonso Goicoechea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Martins in the 11th minute of play. When Diogo Martins fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spartan FC Mogilany's protests and gave Diogo Martins a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Spartan FC Mogilany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Martins to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match, Remigio Erramu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iwo Domarecki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojciech Skaradowski in the 25th minute of play. Wojciech Skaradowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogo Martins in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. The supporters of Spartan FC Mogilany booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Erroman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Leroy Parkinson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartan FC Mogilany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leroy Parkinson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Lázaro Cuartio got a free kick in the 50th minute. When Leroy Parkinson came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Spartan FC Mogilany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leroy Parkinson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Paolo Caradaro got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Paolo Caradaro fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Atlanta's protests and gave Paolo Caradaro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Paolo Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Skaradowski in the 56th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Nicolescu in the 75th minute of play. Hermengildo Erroman hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Spartan FC Mogilany's Konstanty Smolarek shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Pankracy Glogowski but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diogo Martins got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Wojciech Skaradowski fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spartan FC Mogilany's protests and gave Wojciech Skaradowski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Eric Florescu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
