A wasted opportunity for Spartan FC Mogilany. 12 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Leopoldo Rosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iwo Domarecki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darryl Buckner in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iwo Domarecki saved Spartan FC Mogilany from getting behind. In the 17th minute Wojciech Skaradowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Domarecki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darryl Buckner went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Victoriano Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Martins in the 28th minute of play. A hard shot 34 in the game by Diogo Martins from a close distance when the talented Victoriano Bernaldo managed to make a qualified save. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darryl Buckner in the 38th minute of play forced Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Diogo Martins got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Florencio Carlomagno's late challenge caught a Spartan FC Mogilany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Carlomagno helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dep Colonia Avellaneda fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! 53 minutes into the match, Leroy Parkinson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 58 minutes, Wojciech Skaradowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darryl Buckner in the 78th minute of play. Iwo Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darryl Buckner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwo Domarecki was a little too slow when Leopoldo Rosa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-2. Spartan FC Mogilany's Konstanty Smolarek was substituted for Octavian Nicolescu. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
