Darryl Buckner kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Belo Alvarez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victoriano Bernaldo. Belo Alvarez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D. Alcorcón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Claudio Cerritos was slow to take the kick. During this time Dep Colonia Avellaneda's players had a chance to rest. Wei Li's late challenge caught a A.D. Alcorcón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wei Li helped the player get up and apologised. Wei Li hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Mariano Silbestre got a free kick in the 25th minute. Maurino Serena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darryl Buckner went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Manolo Bacete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belo Alvarez got free with Victoriano Bernaldo in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Bacete came free, but Victoriano Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darryl Buckner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurino Serena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th minute Darryl Buckner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Darryl Buckner notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena. Maurino Serena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Belo Alvarez was the one to do the kick off. Victoriano Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Bacete in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Buckner came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darryl Buckner in the 55th minute of play. Manolo Bacete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Delmar Mayor. A.D. Alcorcón's Eriz Acha was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez got a free kick in the 61st minute. Darryl Buckner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maurino Serena having to make a save. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Buckner in the 64th minute of the match. When Darryl Buckner came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Dep Colonia Avellaneda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darryl Buckner couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 73 minutes, Darryl Buckner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darryl Buckner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Darryl Buckner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A.D. Alcorcón's Isaac Ortiz was substituted for Belo Alvarez. A collision led to Dep Colonia Avellaneda getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Leopoldo Rosa hit a great ball. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darryl Buckner, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Manolo Bacete kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The A.D. Alcorcón fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when A.D. Alcorcón's Isaac Ortiz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Darryl Buckner took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurino Serena. Maurino Serena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
