Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrián Espadas to make the kick off. Victoriano Bernaldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Carlomagno hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Victoriano Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Răzvan Necula fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Victoriano Bernaldo. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Soroca F.C.'s manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. The Soroca F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Soroca F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
