Alexandria Team08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The corner ended in Basarab Panciu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Black Diamond's Dick Vedholm did a great save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Alexandria Team08 could leave the field as winners, despite Black Diamond having more of the ball for most of the match.
