Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basarab Panciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Manole Miulescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Xose Valtierra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marin Dică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Xose Valtierra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilson Damião stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Doctor Mugg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandria Team08's supporters rose to their feet, but Doctor Mugg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xose Valtierra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Doctor Mugg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Xose Valtierra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zhou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
