Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 袁崇风 in the 31st minute of play. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Hílton Salles with 唐奕景 as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Holger Täman came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho. But to his dismay, Abel Ramalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Andres Ekhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Skarsø in the 38th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ricart Futebol Clube's Reinaldo Palmeira was substituted for José Augusto Tepedino. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Ramalho made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Oier came free, but Andres Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Täman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abel Ramalho in the 57th minute. Abel Ramalho in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Holger Täman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Holger Täman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Ramalho's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori was substituted for Abel Ramalho. Andres Ekhi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Andres Ekhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Oier in the 94th minute of the match.
