Sporting de Gijón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Tåfjutt the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Sporting de Gijón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BK Tåfjutt:s goal. The goalkeeper, Óscar Cordoba, was totally fooled by BK Tåfjutt's Jörn Barck, who 4 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba got control of the ball when Karol Magdziarz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sporting de Gijón's Kauan de Barros got a free kick in the 12th minute. Óscar Cordoba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karol Magdziarz in the 14th minute. Diego Maradona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hampus Vall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karol Magdziarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20thth minute of the game Karol Magdziarz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hampus Vall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Rufo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Karol Magdziarz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Óscar Cordoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Jörn Barck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Karol Magdziarz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Óscar Cordoba was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. A collision led to BK Tåfjutt getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Karol Magdziarz hit a great ball. Hampus Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wayne Rooney in the 33rd minute of play. Hampus Vall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wayne Rooney in the 33rd minute of the match. Karol Magdziarz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Óscar Cordoba having to make a save. Ture Alström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Cordoba having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting de Gijón's zone, Karol Magdziarz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Óscar Cordoba came out of the goal and Karol Magdziarz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Ture Alström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Diego Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hampus Vall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 57 minutes, Wayne Rooney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting de Gijón and the BK Tåfjutt players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes Sporting de Gijón got a freekick which was hit by Wayne Rooney. 58 minutes into the match, Sporting de Gijón's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Golang came free, but Óscar Cordoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kosmas Charalambakis made a great header on BK Tåfjutt's corner, it was just that Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Sporting de Gijón's Wayne Rooney got a free kick in the 61st minute. Óscar Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Golang in the 63rd minute of play. Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Golang in the 66th minute of play. Matias Bilintx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Hampus Vall made a huge save. Óscar Cordoba came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang. But to his dismay, Ken Golang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. BK Tåfjutt's Nildo Lendaa was substituted for Huang Wei Hong. In the 82nd minute, Ken Golang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Óscar Cordoba was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Viktor Dahlman might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Óscar Cordoba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viktor Dahlman ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ken Golang in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Óscar Cordoba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Rune Fanström in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BK Tåfjutt's Maximilian Lundberg. A collision led to Sporting de Gijón getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Atilano Feo hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Sporting de Gijón's Matias Bilintx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hampus Vall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting de Gijón's goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BK Tåfjutt fully deserved thier win.
