Leandro Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Frazer Martin made a huge save. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Zacarias Satordi sped through SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anastasios Bouroutzikas. 18 minutes into the match, Unificação's goal looked a bit too open when Zdeněk Zápotocký came free, but Frazer Martin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frazer Martin stood somewhat misplaced when Leandro Saldanha came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 19 minute. 23 minutes into the match, SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Regueira came free, but Anastasios Bouroutzikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Saldanha got free with Frazer Martin in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Unificação's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eusebio Paulin was slow to take the kick. During this time SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. Leandro Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Frazer Martin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdeněk Zápotocký in the 29th minute of play forced Unificação's goalkeeper Frazer Martin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frazer Martin made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Zdeněk Zápotocký sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, Leandro Saldanha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frazer Martin. Unificação's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Saldanha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Paulin couldn't finish the play. Frazer Martin made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Leandro Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. When Leandro Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. Zé Paulo Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Anastasios Bouroutzikas made a huge save. After 57 played minutes Unificação got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Smolak. Frazer Martin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredinho Machado in the 58th minute of play. Frazer Martin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Osasun went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After recieving a nice pass, SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's Zdeněk Zápotocký tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson-Arantes Pelé in the 70th minute of play forced Unificação's goalkeeper Frazer Martin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frazer Martin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdeněk Zápotocký in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Zdeněk Zápotocký ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frazer Martin was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Unificação's Mário Tasso was substituted for Zacarias Satordi. Frazer Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdeněk Zápotocký, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Frazer Martin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joãozinho Factor in the 86th minute of play. SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Unificação's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zdeněk Zápotocký took the corner. SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's Zdeněk Zápotocký was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Frazer Martin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Frazer Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdeněk Zápotocký, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 94th minute, Walmir Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the game, Mário Tasso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anastasios Bouroutzikas. Mário Tasso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2.
