When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Gao Le Ang put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Lars Norberg. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gao Le Ang to make the kick off. Konrad Lewicki's late challenge caught a FC Cavia Pyskowice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
