Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Adam Huchro made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Burnley FC got a freekick which was hit by Uğur Arıbaş. After a rather tough play, Burnley FC's Freddy Falcon got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 7th minute, Oliviero Vuelta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Marzagão's Murillo do Valle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Oğuz Cantürk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute of the match Marzagão got a corner. Burnley FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseu Fantini ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Burnley FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Marzagão:s goal. Burnley FC:s Arif Oğuz Cantürk showed great skill when he stopped Oliviero Vuelta:s penalty. 21 minutes into the match, Marzagão's Murillo do Valle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arif Oğuz Cantürk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta, in the 25th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Marzagão. In the 28th minute, Barney Mayall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arif Oğuz Cantürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliviero Vuelta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes of play, Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Oğuz Cantürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Burnley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliviero Vuelta came free, but Arif Oğuz Cantürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marzagão! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Burnley FC's Enzo Proietti was substituted for Cristoforo Capuozzi. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oliviero Vuelta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Freddy Falcon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arif Oğuz Cantürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Fantini in the 59th minute of the match. Mieszko Karanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Epifani, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Oliviero Vuelta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Oğuz Cantürk was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Ruperto Ignatius kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Umberto Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Marzagão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Umberto Antunes couldn't finish the play. After 71 minutes Burnley FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseu Fantini who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Murillo do Valle heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliviero Vuelta in the 83rd minute of play forced Burnley FC's goalkeeper Arif Oğuz Cantürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliviero Vuelta in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Oğuz Cantürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Burnley FC's goalie prevented a goal. Arif Oğuz Cantürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliviero Vuelta, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Marzagão's Jânio Faria was substituted for Cezar Martins. Arif Oğuz Cantürk came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Marzagão's Oliviero Vuelta. But to his dismay, Oliviero Vuelta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 96 played minutes Burnley FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Quental. In the 97th minute, Oliviero Vuelta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
