Victorino Gaufred was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Lenzi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Florentino Sendoa charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florentino Sendoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Florentino Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Precioso in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Régis Leite saved Toni Kroos MGZ™ from getting behind. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Garibaldi in the 16th minute of play. After 22 minutes, Dedê Tróia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toni Kroos MGZ™ and the Piratas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Régis Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Francesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 29 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Goren. The supporters of Toni Kroos MGZ™ booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Martxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Damian Precioso came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Piratas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Precioso couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Toni Kroos MGZ™ getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dedê Tróia hit a great ball. If Rafael Lenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute Damian Precioso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred got control of the ball when Hu Yao Nan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Régis Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Precioso in the 45th minute of play. Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Régis Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Precioso in the 46th minute of play. Régis Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hu Yao Nan to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Damian Precioso hit a great ball. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hu Yao Nan in the 57th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Toni Kroos MGZ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert-Jan ten Rouwelaar to maneuver through the defense. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Toni Kroos MGZ™! Régis Leite had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping David Cordarius's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball In the 61st minute, Alvaro Martxot sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Régis Leite didn't even have to move. Régis Leite made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Damian Precioso sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, Hu Yao Nan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hu Yao Nan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 68th minute Hu Yao Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Toni Kroos MGZ™ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Felice Garibaldi hit a great ball. Amadeo Francesco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Régis Leite read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Damian Precioso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Régis Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Piratas FC booed when Toni Kroos MGZ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedê Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, David Cordarius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piratas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Cordarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victorino Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hu Yao Nan in the 78th minute of play. Damian Precioso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Yao Nan in the 81st minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hu Yao Nan came free, but Victorino Gaufred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alvaro Martxot fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piratas FC's protests and gave Alvaro Martxot a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Alvaro Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Toni Kroos MGZ™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Piratas FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
