Ovidio Favila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leandro Ederono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan-Carlos Cervantes hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Paredes Soberano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Favila, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute of the match, Juan-Carlos Cervantes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thibaut Courtois saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of GUSESI booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Basri Tanyeli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paredes Soberano skillfully saved the ball. After 28 played minutes Leripe Lifestyle got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Fernandez. Paredes Soberano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Favila in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Ovidio Favila had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paredes Soberano. Leripe Lifestyle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidio Favila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Leandro Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When GUSESI's Ovidio Favila in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leripe Lifestyle's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidio Favila in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paredes Soberano saved Leripe Lifestyle from getting behind. After having played for 43 minutes, Ovidio Favila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GUSESI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Favila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 46 minutes of play, GUSESI's Ovidio Favila made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paredes Soberano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Favila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Basri Tanyeli made a great header on GUSESI's corner, it was just that Leripe Lifestyle's Paredes Soberano managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of GUSESI booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdir Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, GUSESI's Basri Tanyeli broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franciszek Topolski in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thibaut Courtois saved GUSESI from getting behind. Franciszek Topolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thibaut Courtois having to interfere. Juan-Carlos Cervantes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thibaut Courtois having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Favila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paredes Soberano was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Leripe Lifestyle made a substitution. Leonardo Pernambucano replaced Wiliam Gerber. In the 73rd minute of the match GUSESI got a corner. Leripe Lifestyle's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basri Tanyeli ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luis Tonete blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paredes Soberano having to make a save. With his leg Paredes Soberano managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when GUSESI's Tobias Nascimento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Pernambucano in the 81st minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tobias Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thibaut Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan-Carlos Cervantes in the 86th minute of play. Leripe Lifestyle's Ringo Bonavent was substituted for Paulo Fernandez. Leandro Ederono took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paredes Soberano. Paredes Soberano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When the match was over GUSESI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Leripe Lifestyle throughout the match.
