The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Mena in the 3rd minute of play forced └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s goalkeeper Arlindo Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute of the match └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ got a corner. West Town SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nestor Batista ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nestor Batista made a great header on └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s corner, it was just that West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet managed to reach the ball for a save. Arlindo Rossi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Mena's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Arlindo Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Blue in the 15th minute of play. Arlindo Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Blue in the 19th minute of play. Angel Mena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Arlindo Rossi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Arlindo Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Blue in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st play minute Angel Blue came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arlindo Rossi. 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Jimeno Henric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Angel Blue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Jacquemet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráusio Laguna, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 32 played minutes West Town SC got a freekick which was hit by 姚国益. West Town SC's Douglas Costa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arlindo Rossi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Billy Jacquemet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Zhan Chen, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s goal looked a bit too open when Angel Blue came free, but Arlindo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Arlindo Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute Gong Zhan Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Jacquemet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. West Town SC's Angel Mena got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Douglas Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Billy Jacquemet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Zhan Chen, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Arlindo Rossi came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by West Town SC's Angel Blue. But to his dismay, Angel Blue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 57th minute Frutos Rojas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Jacquemet made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ronaldo Simão sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Mena in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arlindo Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute Gong Zhan Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Jacquemet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Simão came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Billy Jacquemet could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s zone, Angel Blue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arlindo Rossi came out of the goal and Angel Blue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis-Antonio Bolantin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s Nestor Batista tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Ståhlberg came free, but Billy Jacquemet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arlindo Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Blue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Bo Ståhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Jacquemet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Mena in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arlindo Rossi saved └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Angel Mena put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arlindo Rossi. The supporters of └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ booed when West Town SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis-Antonio Bolantin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Nestor Batista from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Billy Jacquemet's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Arlindo Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micael Caicedo in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute West Town SC were awarded a corner. Douglas Costa went to the cornerflag to take it. West Town SC's Douglas Costa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arlindo Rossi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, West Town SC's Douglas Costa got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. West Town SC had won after a very even match.
