BK Tåfjutt's players were relieved. 12 minutes into the game, Thor Vikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Tåfjutt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FCFiratRom the free kick. After 12 played minutes BK Tåfjutt got a freekick which was hit by Thor Vikström. Brian Stenman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Nasir Akkın's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Kıvanç Sorgun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Jönsson in the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of BK Tåfjutt booed when FCFiratRom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bahattin Enfal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Jönsson in the 21st minute of play forced FCFiratRom's goalkeeper Kıvanç Sorgun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FCFiratRom's Kıvanç Sorgun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Skröder in the 23rd minute of play. After some careless play in the FCFiratRom defense, Jimmie Kilberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kıvanç Sorgun. The FCFiratRom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kıvanç Sorgun should have stopped the shot. After 43 played minutes FCFiratRom got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Emre Olcay. Kıvanç Sorgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmie Kilberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half BK Tåfjutt were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Kıvanç Sorgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Jönsson in the 51st minute of play. Brian Stenman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahattin Enfal, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Albert Skröder kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, FCFiratRom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Nasir Akkın to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Jimmie Kilberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kıvanç Sorgun. That made the score 0-2 in the 70 minute of play. Ahmet Nasir Akkın scored 1-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Stenman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 78 played minutes FCFiratRom got a freekick which was hit by Fethi İdilkurt. 79 minutes into the match, FCFiratRom's goalkeeper Kıvanç Sorgun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristoffer Wennerlund. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Skröder got free with Kıvanç Sorgun in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kıvanç Sorgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Jönsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jimmie Kilberg fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Tåfjutt's protests and gave Jimmie Kilberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, Jimmie Kilberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes, FCFiratRom's Necaettin Safih shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Brian Stenman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FCFiratRom reached it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BK Tåfjutt had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
