Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Randolph Cusbert started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Angus Stockwin hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kilnacrew FC's Donn Todd got control of the ball when Buchanan Pearce tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 8 played minutes Kilnacrew FC got a freekick which was hit by Brogan McFrancise. In the 10th minute, Horrocks's Randolph Cusbert ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Donn Todd. Donn Todd yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Everett Orr came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Kilnacrew FC's Thomas McFrancise. But to his dismay, Thomas McFrancise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 16th minute Joseph Quinnless shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Thomas McFrancise managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kilnacrew FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas McFrancise was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute, Todd Sheridan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donn Todd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Randolph Cusbert in the 27th minute of the match. Everett Orr didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas McFrancise went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Donn Todd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Randolph Cusbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Horrocks's Randolph Cusbert in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kilnacrew FC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Kilnacrew FC booed when Horrocks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randolph Cusbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Thomas McFrancise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Thomas McFrancise ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Everett Orr was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas McFrancise to make the kick off. Trien Sheridan hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Randolph Cusbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Donn Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Todd Sheridan fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kilnacrew FC's protests and gave Todd Sheridan a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Kilnacrew FC got a freekick which was hit by Todd Sheridan. 60 minutes into the match, Kilnacrew FC's goal looked a bit too open when Randolph Cusbert came free, but Donn Todd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joseph Quinnless took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everett Orr. Everett Orr dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Buchanan Pearce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Buchanan Pearce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Donn Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Randolph Cusbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Donn Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Buchanan Pearce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donn Todd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Kilnacrew FC got a freekick which was hit by Todd Sheridan. Kilnacrew FC's Donn Todd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buchanan Pearce in the 76th minute of play. Randolph Cusbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Donn Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Buchanan Pearce in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donn Todd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Kilnacrew FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Brogan McFrancise hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, Horrocks's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas McFrancise came free, but Everett Orr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Randolph Cusbert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horrocks's supporters rose to their feet, but Randolph Cusbert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donn Todd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joseph Quinnless struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Everett Orr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kilnacrew FC. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kilnacrew FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
