In the 3rd minute José Paulo Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montrel Figueres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernandinho Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Lechuga salvaje's goal looked a bit too open when José Carlos Paulista came free, but Montrel Figueres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lechuga salvaje's Montrel Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Paulo Matos in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, João Carlos Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Montrel Figueres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Falo Camara might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernandinho Marquez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Falo Camara ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, José Paulo Matos made a precise shot to the right of Montrel Figueres. Lechuga salvaje's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Marolla FC's José Carlos Paulista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Montrel Figueres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 32 played minutes Lechuga salvaje got a freekick which was hit by Celino Higuera. Lechuga salvaje's Montrel Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Sena in the 34th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Luiz Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Falo Camara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandinho Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Guilherme Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marolla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guilherme Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Salazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Falo Camara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Falo Camara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Salazar in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandinho Marquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th match minute, Lechuga salvaje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iyan santillana to maneuver through the defense. Fernandinho Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falo Camara in the 70th minute of the match. Ernesto Salazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marolla FC's José Carlos Paulista got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Lechuga salvaje's Montrel Figueres got control of the ball when Guilherme Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Falo Camara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lechuga salvaje's Montrel Figueres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Lechuga salvaje from getting a goal against them. Falo Camara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fernandinho Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lechuga salvaje's Ernesto Salazar in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marolla FC's goalie prevented a goal. Marolla FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
