The supporters of Rahan booed when Marolla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Paulista didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Trevor McAlphie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Gerald McTom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Sena got free with Ardán Dalton in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute José Paulo Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardán Dalton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Trevor McAlphie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernandinho Marquez was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Carlos Paulista was the one to do the kick off. Fernandinho Marquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Trevor McAlphie in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Marolla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Trevor McAlphie came free, but Fernandinho Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casey Myler struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Fernandinho Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rahan. Ardán Dalton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Paulo Matos in the 65th minute of the match. Trevor McAlphie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Marolla FC booed when Rahan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobin McIan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Durvalino Queiroz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ardán Dalton. Rahan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerald McTom in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandinho Marquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernandinho Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerald McTom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Paulo Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Gerald McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fernandinho Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trevor McAlphie who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Fernandinho Marquez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tobin McIan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Rahan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rahan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
