Enrique Ibanez hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Lechuga salvaje's Montrel Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trevor McAlphie in the 4th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Trevor McAlphie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Montrel Figueres. Lechuga salvaje's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trevor McAlphie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11th minute, Lechuga salvaje's Falo Camara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ardán Dalton. Ardán Dalton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 16th minute, Gerald McTom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rahan's Séamus McNamee suffered a concussion in the 18th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Juan Morera charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Morera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lechuga salvaje's Montrel Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerald McTom in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breanainn Rutherford in the 23rd minute of play forced Lechuga salvaje's goalkeeper Montrel Figueres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montrel Figueres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trevor McAlphie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lechuga salvaje were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Rahan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Llin Casanova took the corner. Celino Higuera was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Montrel Figueres came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Rahan's Gerald McTom. But to his dismay, Gerald McTom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Lechuga salvaje's Ernesto Salazar in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rahan's goalie prevented a goal. Trevor McAlphie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Montrel Figueres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Gerald McTom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Montrel Figueres. Lechuga salvaje's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerald McTom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Rahan's Sean Dunne got a free kick in the 45th minute. A hard shot 46 in the game by Ernesto Salazar from a close distance when the talented Ardán Dalton managed to make a qualified save. Rahan's players were relieved. Gerald McTom scored 1-5 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Montrel Figueres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trevor McAlphie made a kick off. Trevor McAlphie who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Montrel Figueres when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Lechuga salvaje's Llin Casanova got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ernesto Salazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ardán Dalton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lechuga salvaje defense, Casey Myler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Montrel Figueres. The Lechuga salvaje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Montrel Figueres should have stopped the shot. Juan Morera kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Trevor McAlphie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rahan's supporters rose to their feet, but Trevor McAlphie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montrel Figueres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Melkor Buendia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Montrel Figueres came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Rahan's Casey Myler. But to his dismay, Casey Myler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After a rather tough play, Rahan's Trevor McAlphie got a free kick in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the Lechuga salvaje defense, Trevor McAlphie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Montrel Figueres. The Lechuga salvaje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Montrel Figueres should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casey Myler got free with Montrel Figueres in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Montrel Figueres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Breanainn Rutherford went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. Rahan played a much better game than Lechuga salvaje and deserved their victory. The Lechuga salvaje players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
