Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Niederehe FC's Ty Burschick started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Ty Burschick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Stapleton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Ty Burschick left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Niederehe FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Milltown's Christopher Stapleton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dietbald Nissler in the 11th minute of play. Ty Burschick took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christopher Stapleton. Christopher Stapleton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Niederehe FC's Ty Burschick got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Toby Couturier fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milltown's protests and gave Toby Couturier a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Milltown's Toby Couturier got a free kick in the 18th minute. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Williams Dempsey put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Erwin Hayer. Christopher Stapleton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ty Burschick in the 28th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Niederehe FC's goalkeeper Erwin Hayer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Dozier. In the 33rdth minute of the game Dietbald Nissler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milltown's Christopher Stapleton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute Dietbald Nissler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Stapleton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Williams Dempsey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dietbald Nissler came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Niederehe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dietbald Nissler couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Williams Dempsey made the kick off in the second half. Christopher Stapleton came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Niederehe FC's Dietbald Nissler. But to his dismay, Dietbald Nissler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 57 played minutes Milltown got a freekick which was hit by Toby Couturier. Ty Burschicks short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Christopher Stapleton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Niederehe FC's Dietbald Nissler got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65thth minute of the game Ty Burschick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milltown's Christopher Stapleton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ty Burschick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ty Burschick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jon Dozier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Williams Dempsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes of play, Milltown's Jon Dozier made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erwin Hayer was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Williams Dempsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurèle Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Dietbald Nissler scored 2-4 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christopher Stapleton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Niederehe FC defense, Williams Dempsey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erwin Hayer. The Niederehe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erwin Hayer should have stopped the shot. The Niederehe FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Niederehe FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
