Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Strzygi SA's Edward Naumowicz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Buchanan Pearce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jerzy Kochowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Buchanan Pearce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Horrocks's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Julian Pleban was slow to take the kick. During this time Strzygi SA's players had a chance to rest. In the 18th match minute, Strzygi SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Gecionis to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Horrocks got a freekick which was hit by Russell Pinhey. Antoni Percha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Everett Orr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Strzygi SA's Antoni Percha in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Everett Orr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Naumowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th match minute, Strzygi SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeusz Dziurowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute Antoni Percha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Edward Naumowicz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Horrocks's Everett Orr. Everett Orr was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Randolph Cusbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Tadeusz Dziurowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Strzygi SA's Jerzy Kochowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randolph Cusbert in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute Edward Naumowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Randolph Cusbert to make the kick off. Buchanan Pearce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Antoni Percha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Horrocks's zone, Edward Naumowicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everett Orr came out of the goal and Edward Naumowicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Strzygi SA's Leszek Janiczek got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Everett Orr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Naumowicz in the 85th minute of the match. Jerzy Kochowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randolph Cusbert in the 87th minute of play. Buchanan Pearce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Kochowski having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Randolph Cusbert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Kochowski was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 96th match minute, Strzygi SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slawomir Borczak to maneuver through the defense. The Horrocks supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Strzygi SA's performance. The match ended with a win for Strzygi SA.
