When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Yazid Zafour took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ardán Dalton to make any attempt to save it. In the 9th minute, Trevor McAlphie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casey Myler in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodil Boulahfane saved Avish FC from getting behind. After 13 played minutes, Rahan's Berkley Murphy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fodil Boulahfane came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rahan reached it. In the 19th minute Trevor McAlphie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodil Boulahfane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerald McTom struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Fodil Boulahfane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rahan. Fodil Boulahfane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerald McTom's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Gerald McTom took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodil Boulahfane. Fodil Boulahfane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fodil Boulahfane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trevor McAlphie in the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trevor McAlphie in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodil Boulahfane saved Avish FC from getting behind. A collision led to Rahan getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Trevor McAlphie hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fawzi Benmabrouk got free with Ardán Dalton in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Berkley Murphy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fodil Boulahfane. Avish FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The wind increased when Trevor McAlphie made the kick off in the second half. Berkley Murphy hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Trevor McAlphie struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Fodil Boulahfane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rahan. Ardán Dalton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Silke in the 64th minute of play forced Avish FC's goalkeeper Fodil Boulahfane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes of play, Rahan's Trevor McAlphie made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodil Boulahfane was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gerald McTom took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodil Boulahfane. Fodil Boulahfane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. A hard shot 86 in the game by Trevor McAlphie from a close distance when the talented Fodil Boulahfane managed to make a qualified save. Avish FC's players were relieved. Billel Djebar charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Billel Djebar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Rahan. Berkley Murphy stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fodil Boulahfane. 2-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rahan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
