In the 6th minute, Horrocks's Randolph Cusbert dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Russell Pinhey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 朱永康 having to interfere. Archie Oneill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. 朱永康 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Horrocks's Fletcher Belford got a free kick in the 19th minute. 毛义骋's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Everett Orr read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 毛义骋 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Everett Orr having to make a save. 31 minutes into the match, 深圳帆帆队's goal looked a bit too open when Randolph Cusbert came free, but 朱永康 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horrocks's Archie Oneill suffered a sore thigh after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 32nd match minute, 深圳帆帆队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 顾迪国 to maneuver through the defense. 朱永康 was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Fletcher Belford capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fletcher Belford really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 37th minute of the match, Buchanan Pearce got a very nice opportunity to score, but 朱永康 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Russell Pinhey succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 41st playminute. 深圳帆帆队's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Fletcher Belford scored to the left of an out of position 朱永康, making the score, 5-0.

The wind increased when 毛义骋 made the kick off in the second half. 朱永康 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Buchanan Pearce, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Buchanan Pearce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horrocks's supporters rose to their feet, but Buchanan Pearce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 朱永康 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Horrocks getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Angus Stockwin hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the game, Horrocks's Buchanan Pearce nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 朱永康 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Russell Pinhey scored 7-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 朱永康, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Russell Pinhey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 朱永康 was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 90th minute, Fletcher Belford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Horrocks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. 95 minutes into the match, 深圳帆帆队's goal looked a bit too open when Randolph Cusbert came free, but 朱永康 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
