Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Trevor McAlphie took the kick off in the first half of the match. Russell Pinhey kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Everett Orr didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trevor McAlphie went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gerald McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Everett Orr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horrocks's Everett Orr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trevor McAlphie in the 12th minute of play. Fletcher Belford's late challenge caught a Rahan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fletcher Belford helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Fletcher Belford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trevor McAlphie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Buchanan Pearce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute of the match Angus Stockwin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ardán Dalton skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trevor McAlphie in the 31st minute of play forced Horrocks's goalkeeper Everett Orr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everett Orr stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trevor McAlphie's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 39th minute Trevor McAlphie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes Rahan got a freekick which was hit by Breanainn Rutherford. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trevor McAlphie in the 46th minute of play forced Horrocks's goalkeeper Everett Orr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
52 minutes into the match, Rahan's goal looked a bit too open when Randolph Cusbert came free, but Ardán Dalton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rahan's Trevor McAlphie got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Trevor McAlphie in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Everett Orr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 66 minutes, Russell Pinhey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Horrocks and the Rahan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rahan booed when Horrocks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Russell Pinhey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trevor McAlphie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trevor McAlphies short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Everett Orr to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 78 minutes into the match, Rahan's goal looked a bit too open when Archie Oneill came free, but Ardán Dalton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trevor McAlphie's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Everett Orr firmly grabbed it by the left post. Everett Orr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerald McTom in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rahan had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
