Diego Beckenbauer hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Vellito Alguerdo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vellito Alguerdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Pracki in the 10th minute of play. Vellito Alguerdo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Pracki in the 19th minute of the match. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carroll Mansfield in the 20th minute. Rogério Ceni made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Rahim Niğdeli sent off a good shot on target. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano LOS PIRATAS from getting a goal against them. Vellito Alguerdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Pracki in the 28th minute of play. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Carroll Mansfield was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vellito Alguerdo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Roberto Finotti hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the game, Herbert Pracki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vellito Alguerdo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vellito Alguerdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Pracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Herbert Pracki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahim Niğdeli got free with Rogério Ceni in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogério Ceni was a little too slow when Rahim Niğdeli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rahim Niğdeli to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Niğdeli in the 51st minute of play forced Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's Rahim Niğdeli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rogério Ceni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 52 minutes of play, NAGANO F.C's Rahim Niğdeli made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogério Ceni was left in no man's land by his defense there! 56 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Vellito Alguerdo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Pracki. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herbert Pracki got free with Vellito Alguerdo in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Cumhur Günay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vellito Alguerdo. That made the score 2-2 after 66 minutes of play. Rahim Niğdeli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogério Ceni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Teodoro Hartz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Hartz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vellito Alguerdo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Hartz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vellito Alguerdo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute Belgrano LOS PIRATAS were awarded a corner. Carroll Mansfield went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Edu Dum almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo did a great save. In the 95th minute, Teodoro Hartz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vellito Alguerdo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The NAGANO F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's performance. The match ended with a win for Belgrano LOS PIRATAS.
