The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Tudor Sântimbrean sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Textex narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Newpi Academy's zone, Samet Mert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Textex came out of the goal and Samet Mert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Tonete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Sebastian Bungeanu made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Tudor Sântimbrean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Bungeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Otsando in the 19th minute of play. Newpi Academy were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonio Perrando took the corner. 23 minutes into the game, Cosmin Bujor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newpi Academy the free kick. Sebastian Bungeanu made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Alberto Tonete sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Samet Mert made a precise shot to the right of Richard Textex. Newpi Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Salvador Ermengol made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Augustin Albu. Richard Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Sântimbrean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, Tudor Sântimbrean cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Richard Textex was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 46 minutes into the match, Samet Mert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Textex. Newpi Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samet Mert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Sântimbrean in the 55th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Armand Callahan. Tadeusz Rediszs short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Richard Textex to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sebastian Bungeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tonete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Newpi Academy's Richard Textex got control of the ball when Tudor Sântimbrean tried to sneak it across the goal line. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Sebastian Bungeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tonete in the 75th minute of play. Newpi Academy's Richard Textex proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Newpi Academy from getting a goal against them. After 76th play minutes Samet Mert shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Richard Textex and just under the crossbar into goal. Sebastian Bungeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tonete in the 80th minute of the match. Newpi Academy's Richard Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Sântimbrean in the 82nd minute of play. Richard Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Sântimbrean, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Newpi Academy's Richard Textex got control of the ball when Samet Mert tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Augustin Albu in the 92nd minute really tested Richard Textex's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marius Stolnicu made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tudor Sântimbrean immediately put the ball in play. In the 96th minute, Augustin Albu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97 played minutes, Newpi Academy's Antonio Perrando shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sebastian Bungeanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Newpi Academy reached it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
