Yin Wei Yis short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Dario Wilhelm to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Cascade Park West from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Amir Lee made the kick off in the second half.
