Samuel Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Francis in the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Francis in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Santos saved La Società Sport Osasco from getting behind. Samuel Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Branislav Velchevski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Wincek in the 31st minute. A collision led to La Società Sport Osasco getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. João Andrade hit a great ball. But to his dismay, Elpidio Francis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Elpidio Francis came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Francis couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell André Monclús to make the kick off. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Mangueira in the 57th minute of play. When André Monclús came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Monclús couldn't finish the play. André Monclús's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Richard Rodrigues in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Petrică Măcriș. After a defensive mix-up in ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's zone, Emil Wincek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Branislav Velchevski came out of the goal and Emil Wincek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Wincek came free, but Branislav Velchevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from CJ Lewandowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Branislav Velchevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Quirino in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Bruno Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, La Società Sport Osasco's goalkeeper Samuel Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Monclús. A collision led to La Società Sport Osasco getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jonas Vingegaard hit a great ball. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Wincek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute, André Monclús got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented La Società Sport Osasco from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
