In the 16th minute, Răzvan Necula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Rubinho Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Luís Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Răzvan Necula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel de Godoi in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dan Wennerqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 28 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Magno Sampaio. Yuri da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 30th minute of play. Alexsandro da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Necula in the 35th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Yuri da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
