After having played for 2 minutes, Răzvan Necula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soroca F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Răzvan Necula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 4 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Borcz came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Stoiculescu in the 5th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otávio Penha to maneuver through the defense. Ysmael Marfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Traian Stoiculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ysmael Marfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Dan Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duro Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Wennerqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Borcz in the 12th minute of play. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute of the match Soroca F.C. got a corner. DINAMO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Tartalo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gustavo Tartalo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil did a great save. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ysmael Marfil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th minute Duro Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46thth minute of the game Răzvan Necula who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by DINAMO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Tartalo was slow to take the kick. During this time Soroca F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Răzvan Necula made a kick off. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Necula in the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Răzvan Necula in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ysmael Marfil saved DINAMO from getting behind. Răzvan Necula might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ysmael Marfil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Răzvan Necula ran back to his position shaking his head. DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Răzvan Necula ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ysmael Marfil was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Soroca F.C.'s Romulo Thomas was substituted for Gustavo Tartalo. Ryszard Borcz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Wennerqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Ryszard Borcz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 72nd minute. Amador Venceslao took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ysmael Marfil. DINAMO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ysmael Marfil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrián Espadas's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 91 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Espadas in the 95th minute of the match. Duro Miner kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Hernan Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ysmael Marfil having to interfere. Soroca F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
