Tolek Kiszkiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Sazon in the 9th minute of the match. Sixto Yanguas hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Isaias Sazon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tolek Kiszkiel having to make a save. In the 16th minute Isaias Sazon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Vellito got free with Pastor Frantzes in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferruccio Chelodi during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute Isaias Sazon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calito Izquierdoz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfredo Vellito was the one to do the kick off. Tolek Kiszkiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Sazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sajones F.C.'s zone, Wilfredo Vellito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Frantzes came out of the goal and Wilfredo Vellito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wilfredo Vellito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pastor Frantzes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Vellito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpia HSB's Tomáš Petrásek was substituted for Sixto Yanguas. Sajones F.C. made a substitution. Rucha Dupak replaced Halil Niğdeli. 89 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Vellito came free, but Pastor Frantzes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Vellito in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pastor Frantzes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolek Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Frantzes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Vellito in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sajones F.C.'s Jakub Kiwior got a free kick in the 95th minute.
