With a couple of smart ball manuevers Héctor Hernández in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Francisco Viana saved Capivara FC from getting behind. João Francisco Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor Hernández, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Capivara FC's João Francisco Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor Hernández in the 35th minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, Capivara FC's Amauri Sampaio made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Schmidt was left in no man's land by his defense there! MAZER SAF made a substitution. André Luís Vargas replaced Enéas Marinho. Enéas Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco Viana having to interfere. Toninho Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Héctor Hernández's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Francisco Viana was relentless in the 76th minute of the game.
