The audience was convinced that Waldemar Loyola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesinha Tande was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Pedro Cearense's late challenge caught a Hartmann Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celsinho Sanches was the one to do the kick off. Matías Lima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesinha Tande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. After 62 minutes, Lino Araújo made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Cesinha Tande tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gil Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Sanches in the 65th minute of play. Cesinha Tande came out and tried to block the shot, but Lino Araújo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 80th minute. When the match was over AF CERRADO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hartmann Futebol Clube throughout the match.
