An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Matorin in the 3rd minute of play forced Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Samuca Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Júlio Negri got a free kick in the 5th minute. A collision led to Ekzema F.V. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Duda Lago hit a great ball. Sílvio Cordeiro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Christoffer Kempel. In the 25th match minute, Ekzema F.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Tróia to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ekzema F.V. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Fabinho Sarmento hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Samuca Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Christoffer Kempel got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio de Mendonça came free, but Augusto Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Cordeiro was a little too slow when Adriano Matorin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ekzema F.V.'s Sílvio Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesinha Mazza in the 43rd minute of play. After 45 minutes, Luiz Gerber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ and the Ekzema F.V. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Fabinho Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Batista to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Falcão Nóbrega made a precise shot to the right of Sílvio Cordeiro. Ekzema F.V.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cesinha Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Cordeiro having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Christoffer Kempel made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ekzema F.V.'s Sílvio Cordeiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute Ivo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ booed when Ekzema F.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoffer Kempel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sílvio Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ekzema F.V.'s Matheus Aparecido got a free kick in the 91st minute. Adriano Matorin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sílvio Cordeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Ivo Pernambucano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sílvio Cordeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christoffer Kempel went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.
