In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind AF CERRADO's goalkeeper José Augusto de Godoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kaká Goiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Augusto de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Vides in the 15th minute of play. When AF CERRADO's Kaká Goiano in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19thth minute of the game André Luiz Vides who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AF CERRADO's José Augusto de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Goiano in the 24th minute of play. When Pedro Cearense fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AF CERRADO's protests and gave Pedro Cearense a yellow card for diving instead. Pedro Cearense hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. José Augusto de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathias Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaká Goiano in the 37th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Luiz Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaká Goiano got free with Sérgio de Azevedo in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nestor Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Hélder Melo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaká Goiano to make the kick off. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká Goiano in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when AF CERRADO's Kaká Goiano fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Emanuel Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Augusto de Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Renatinho Leal. Emanuel Paranaense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but José Augusto de Godoi made a huge save. Sérgio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaká Goiano in the 90th minute of play. After 93 minutes, Gugu de Moraes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BMB IMOVEIS SC and the AF CERRADO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gugu de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaká Goiano in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AF CERRADO fully deserved thier win.
